UPCOMING EVENTS: Meetings will be at the Guest House MONDAY, AUGUST 27: Team Meeting ~ 7:00 PM "WHATS UP" FROM TUPPERWARE: STAR Program Puts More Emphasis On Becoming A Manager At Jubilee, we announced that the STAR program's rewards for the first 3 qualified personal recruits (PQR) would change slightly. The change is designed to reward new Consultants more for becoming a Manager. New Consultants in the STAR program still receive $150 total for their first three PQRs, but the award amount changed for the first and third recruit. All STAR program charts online have been updated with this information. To simplify and streamline the qualification for PQRs and allow time to communicate this change, here is the transition plan. Bonuses are based on the sales month in which the recruit becomes qualified, regardless of the date they were registered. If you are in the STAR program and qualify a PQR (within 30 days) during the August sales month—regardless of the date you recruited them. You will receive bonuses based on the previous program. • $50 first PQR • $50 second PQR • $50 third PQR If you are in the Star Program and qualify a PQR (within 30 days) during September sales month—regardless of the date you recruited them. You will receive bonuses based on the new program. • $25 first PQR • $50 second PQR • $75 third PQR Some new Consultants may find that they'll have their first qualified personal recruit in August and receive $50, and then achieve their third in September and receive $75. STAR Weekly Personal Sales Qualification Increases At Jubilee we also announced that the weekly STAR program personal sales awards will be increased so that it is consistent with the amount needed to be considered a qualified Consultant. This means each week that a new Consultants in the 13-week STAR program achieves $300 or more in personal sales, they will qualify for the $10 award. The personal sales level increase starts with the September sales month (September 1) to allow time to communicate the change.
