***Read and reread carefully
1) Bring the contents of the $69.99 kit in a basket to all your parties
(take out paperwork, keychains and several snack cups)-to get a kit recruit your Mom, Best Friend, Neighbor, Husband....you will also have another account "your friend or family member" can sample from!
 
2) Attach  the "Buyers Club Gift Display Card for Basket" on front
 
3) When you are talking "Recruiting for the Opportunity" at the beginning of your parties...what ever you do...keep the "Buyers Club" seperate from the Opportunity...ie "The best opportunity you have with Tupperware is the Tupperware Opportunity, this is the best deal I can give you is to become a team member, Full Time, Part Time! Whatever! However! It's up to you!...DO NOT TALK THE BUYERS CLUB IN THE BEGINNING! (However, they will see it on your display...very powerful!)
 
4) Do your demo, offer tickets, Tupperbucks, playing cards for questions
 
5) Show them the special "Buyers Club Gift" (your basket with the $69 kit in it) When you join our Buyers Club with Tupperware we give you a gift valued at $350 for only $69! and you can earn special discounts and great deals!....and you will get the "DO I HAVE TO SELL"...and you respond "YOU CAN IF YOU WANT TO, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO!" Sherry's famous catch fraise!
****You may get those who sign up who you will never see/hear from again
****You may get those who sing up who may book a party
****You may get those who sign up who may take orders
****You may get those who sign up who want to be a "unique seller" Fundraiser, Internet Specialist
****You may get those who want to hold parties! Yeah!
****You may get those who want the CAREER OPPORTUNITY! TRIPLE YEAH!
GUESS WHAT!....Let me tell you a little secret....TRADITIONAL RECRUITING WORKS AND RESULTS THE SAME WAY!
 
5) Have them fill out a lead card and when you pass out your "Questionarre/Survey Card"...say "Would you like to see the Buyers Club application? and JUST GIVE IT TO THEM WITH THE LEAD CARD! (this would be the JOWT or Tupperware's Perfect FIT recruiting flyer) and then do a drawing for a NICE piece of Tupperware with your tickets/Tupperbucks/playing cards
 
6) NEXT, ask them if they would like the Buyers Club gift! )& TELL THEM THEY WILL RECEIVE 25% OFF THEIR ORDER TODAY WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE BUYERS CLUG GIFT! (this avoids the host from being penalized for someone purchasing the "buyers club gift" and entices the potential "buyers club member" to order today at 25% off)Proceed to pass out another short order form or Customer order form and have them fill out the "Buyer Club Gift" order form for $69.99 plus tax with their NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL, PHONE, BDAY, SS#  ...YES! ON AN ORDER FORM! ....I KNOW! I THOUGHT THIS WAS CONTROVERSIAL TOO!...keep listening...
 
7) You then (after they join) send them via snail mail! (in the mail! United States Postal Service! Remember them!)  the attached "Welcome Letter for Buyers Club" with a Sample order Form and a Star Program Chart!...add a personal touch by writing their name on the letter and sign it at the bottom with your Name, Phone and Email!
 
8)Every other week call them to follow up....did they receive the letter...do they have questions? "DO YOU WANT TO????"
 
9)Send another snail mail letter with samples/specials...tell them they get "special purchasing priveleges"
 
10) Follow up with a call the next week...can I answer any questions? Do you happen to have any orders?
 
11) It sounds like a lot, however this is how YOU ENGAGE!!!!!!! AND AVOID AS MANY KITNAPPERS AS POSSIBLE!...REMEMBER, when we recruit traditionally we still have kitnappers!
 
12) KEEP RECRUITING! BRING IN THE MASSES! YOU HAVE TO DID THROUGH A LOT OF COAL TO FIND DIAMONDS!
 
13) HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND BE CONSITENT...DO NOT STRAY OR "TWEEK" ANY OF THIS AND IT WILL WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
