We understand that not all Consultants were aware of Tuesday's deadline for the Slam Dunk offers' extension. Therefore, all of the Slam Dunk consumer offers and the Host Credit offer will re-open at 4 p.m. Eastern Time. This will allow Consultants to submit their Slam Dunk party orders.
The deadline to submit orders containing the Slam Dunk consumer offer or Host Credit offer is 11:59 p.m. your local cutoff time on Thursday, December 13, 2007.
