Inserts- more common format

Okay here we go again.  Robert let me know that this one is coming out in the most common Microsoft word format.  Anyone who has Microsoft word version from 97 to 2007 will be able to open the version that I am sending (.doc).    All other word processors may use to the second file that I already sent (.ref).  Rich text formatting.   Yes you are right, I don't understand anything that I am typing.  But Robert does!!!!
