Orders previously submitted through Friday December 14 will be shipped and expedited for arrival by December 24.   The 7 pages – "replacement catalog" is for use during December 15 – 28 as indicated. The Ice Prisms Bowls, the FridgeSmart Round and the Pick A Deli are available only at full price.  The Ice Prisms Pitcher and Tumblers offer is only for hosts through the end of December. The current Fundraiser Catalog will close on January 4. We are still researching product availability for the new Fundraiser catalog. The Sales Force award for personal sales remains the same for January "Smart Start". The Cash and Carry was increased to $150 from $75 for Weeks 51 and 52. This should help give your host credit for any items filled from your stock.   We expect to have some updates after 7pm tonight. Please check your website for the latest news. Topics include shipping orders, the replacement catalog pages, Cash and Carry pool, the customer appreciation offer, and more.  For New Consultants ( December 15 – 28 ) Two kit options  - 2008 kits at 2007 prices, they get higher retail value Welcome offer – That's a Mega Bowl, Lil Chopper and Measuring cup set, for only $15 For new Consultants in their first 30 days, the 50% sales credit will be added to their sales during Weeks 51 and 52 for purposes of qualification.                                                                i.      For example, if they registered anytime during these two weeks, and sold $200, the 50% added sales credit would bring it up to $300 and she would qualify for the activation offer ( Grater + Silicon Mat ) and count as a qualified recruit. There is no extension of the 30 days.   For the STAR program:                                                                i.      For those already in the STAR program, we will not count December 15 – 28 as part of their first 13 weeks. During these final two weeks of December, new Consultants will continue to receive commission for personal sales and credit for personal recruits who register and become qualified.  Anyone in the STAR program during these final two weeks of December received 15 weeks to achieve their STAR goals.                                                              ii.      For those who start their business December 15 – 28, we are adding two bonus weeks to the program – they will have two additional weeks to qualify for a total of 15 weeks.     For all Sales Force members: The 50% additional sales credit also applies to personal sales volume bonus.                                                                i.      For example, with ave of $400 during each of the two weeks, total of $800 + $400 added sales credit = $1,200 which qualifies for 5% psvb. b.       Sales promotion – qualification for the Fleece set will include the 50% sales credit as well. c.       Reactivation campaign – until end of January, the $10 reactivation fee is waived and they may purchase January samples.   For those in the DIQ program : If you have submitted your documents and will submit your documents SOONEST to qualify in the program in December:                                                                i.      If you make your qualifications, you enter the DIQ program in January                                                              ii.      If you miss your qualifications in December, you will sign and start in January.  No need to send in your documents again.                                                             iii.      If you only send in your documents in January, you qualify in January to enter the program in February. Clarifications on Product availability: Is the January Sales Flyer good to use?  YES! Are the Host offers and Exclusive Host gifts good for January ?  YES! Is the promotion for January 3rd  good for Host, Consumer and Sales force ?  The Consumer and Host offer will be replaced.  A new one will be communicated by Wednesday and a new web flyer will be posted. Are the Prisms and FridgeSmart round and Pick-A-Deli available at a sales price?  NO.  We are not able to support the demand on these products at the sale price.  They are only available for purchase at full price.
