Eating healthy flyer- computer guru

Hello to the best team in the Nation!!   I am so excited about my new flyer that my computer guru friend just made for me.  We put it in an attachment so if you would like to use it, you can go into it and change my name and number to yours.    I have hired a nutritionist/body builder to put me on a plan to help me reach my goals and food is a very important part of it.  She loves Tupperware (of course) and asked me for something that she could put into all of her folders so that people could actually stick to a heathy meal plan because if it's inconvenient, it won't work for busy people.    Robert, my friend and awesome computer guru made this for me and you to can hire him to do anything.  He's the best also.  If you would like incredimail like I have, he can get you set up.  His number is 504-324-1951 and he charges about 50.00 per hour.  Less expensive than the geek patrol and way better when you have something go wrong with your computer also.  He does everything via remote and it works.    Hope this helps everyone!  Deb
