Here they are and I have some explanations below of how some of the files are to be used.
I have the files for the party planning packets attached and you will find a description below of how each is to be used.
Outside order form: have two (2) copies in each packet – for those that can't attend the party, they can place an outside order. For every $100 in outside orders, offer a free gift (tiny treasure).
Guest Mailing List: have two (2) copies in each packet – this is the part the hostess fills out and returns so you can send reminders (the monthly sale flyer with a "come to the party" attached. This is a MUST for every party to ensure great attendance, support your hostess and let those that can't attend se the specials and place an outside order or even date a party of their own!
Have you ever – copy this on one side and the other side have the Tic Tac Tupper – the have you ever is just a recruiting bid and let's the hostess have the initial seed planted that they could turn their party into a grand opening
Tic Tac Tupper – okay this is just a bribe sheet!!! Really, it's a great way to bribe your hostess into making sure her party is planned properly and she has taken every step towards having the best party possible!
For a successful party – these are four to a page – just cut one out and tape it to the front of the party planning packet
· On the front of the packet, write the date and time of the party as well as the consultant information, either via business card or label"
The following are letters that are sent AFTER the party has been dated. The theory behind sending these letters are: Let's say that someone has dated a party because they are all excited about the new hostess gift or a particular half off item they are interested in. The night of the party, they are super excited and ready to have a party. Now, after they go home and sleep on it, wake up the next day to "life", they have a tendency to forget they dated a party and that they are suppose to be getting the guest list back to you. So, the first step is to send the "snoopy letter" This is a letter thanking them for dating their party and just letting them know some pointers for having the party and that you are looking forward to their guest list! Remember, this is just a gentle reminder that "oh yeah – I dated a party – I forgot!" If you send an email, they can choose to not read it, it can get lost in cyber space, ect. If you call, you may interrupt them during dinner, bed time, ect and not be able to get your subtle point across. Everyone loves to get mail (especially when it's not a bill) so it's great to send a letter to them. Also, they will take the letter with them from the car, to the kitchen, to work, ect…following them around as a reminder to get that guest list to you!
So the day after you date the party, send the snoopy letter.
The second day - after you send the snoopy letter, send the dream of the job. Again, we are just keeping in front of them that they dated a tw party. Keeping it on their mind is going to pay off because they are going to start talking about it to their friends and that will increase attendance. Also, the dream of a job is planting a seed about recruiting.
The third day, send the pre party host post card which reminds them about outside orders.
This may seem crazy, but I promise – it works! When you follow all of these steps, you will be sure to have a GREAT party! Your hostess will feel loved and not bothered and it's a win = win situation!
