December STAR Program 2-Night getaway qualifiers New Consultants who stepped up to royalty through the STAR program in December can redeem a coupon to accept their 2-night getaway award! The coupon should be redeemed on an order by itself. Two-night getaway awards will be forfeited if the coupon is not redeemed by the cutoff date. After a qualifier redeems the award, we'll notify the company that prepares the travel certificate and travel package. Qualifiers should receive their travel packets about 2 weeks after redeeming the coupon. The travel certificate is good for 12 months. Heat 'N Serve™ Containers Typo In Spring 2008 Catalog Heat 'N Serve™ Containers are covered by Tupperware's regular Limited Lifetime Warranty. A "Q" symbol incorrectly appears in the Spring 2008 Catalog copy about the Heat 'N Serve™ Square Round Set (page 32). The Q, which indicates products with an Enhanced Quality Guarantee, does not apply to the Heat 'N Serve™ Containers. Please accept our apologies for any confusion. We're Sorry In the December-January issue of Tupperware Today, a list of new Consultants who met the minimum monthly sales or recruiting amounts in the September/October sales months was not published due to a reporting error. Sales Aids Price Adjustment Based on the circumstances at the Hemingway facility, we will not adjust sales aids prices on January 5, 2008. Our goal is to support your businesses now and into the new year. Note: Because the price adjustment for catalogs and flyers was effective prior to the Hemingway fire, those price adjustments remain in place. Jubilee Registrations Being Processed All we can say is "Wow!" More than 700 Sales Force Members faxed in their Jubilee registrations by the 3 Easy Payment deadline last week. The Jubilee 3 Easy Payment forms are being processed manually, so it may be a few days before Directors see new Jubilee registrations updated in their reports. Jubilee 3 Easy Payments Offer Ended December 28 Please do not fax in Jubilee 3 Easy Payment registration forms. The deadline to send in the fax form was Friday, December 28. Cash and Carry Amounts To Return To Original Levels On January 7 The Cash and Carry pool was increased on December 17 to allow you to sell more from your personal inventory immediately following the Hemingway fire. The December 17 update also indicated that Tupperware would review the product inventory in two weeks to determine if the Cash and Carry amount would return to its original amount. Thanks to the support of Tupperware companies around the world, we are quickly recovering and are rebuilding inventory to normal levels. Therefore, the Cash and Carry amounts will return to their original amount ($75 As of December 29, you can sell from the entire January-February 2008 flyer and the Spring 2008 Catalog, with the exception of the few discontinued catalog products. In addition, we're regularly updating the catalog backorder list online so you can notify customers who select backordered products when they can expect delivery of their products. Also, the My Sales Web Application offers a new enhancement after you submit orders. Use the Track It! feature to double-check the status of backordered products and to keep your customers informed.
