I wasn't sure what you and your team are doing to make sure customers know about the few items that are unavailable - but I wanted to pass along a sheet that has six boxes to a page notifying them what cannot be ordered. I am printing them on bright fuschia paper and taping in the lower right hand corner of the catalog front. It is a lot easier than marking each page! You can use avery labels #8164.......but honestly, I like the bright paper better and it is less costly as well. I am attaching in English and Spanish.
